This package is designed as a mix of frozen cuts from around the whole animal including steaks and quick cuts, braising cuts and roasts, ground beef, organ meats and bones. The total weight of the package is approximately 33 lbs. and will fit in a standard home freezer.

Package includes:

• 7-8x steaks (ex. ribeye, ranch steak, top sirloin), 1lb average
• 3x roast/braise cuts (ex. brisket, eye round roast), 2-3lb average
• 2x stirfry, 1lb packs
• 2x stew, 1lb packs
• 10x ground beef, 1lb packs
• 2x beef broth, 1qt containers
• 1x organ meats (ex. tongue, liver)
