Reheat gently at 325 degrees on a rack over a pan with some water in the bottom. The ham is fully cooked and smoked. Heat until warmed through - approximately 1 hour for a half ham, 2 hours for a whole ham. If using, brush with glaze for the last 30 minutes of heating.
